**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Extraire les différents relevés à traiter sur les sites des assureurs
- Effectuer les encaissements des assureurs dans Wealthserv Assurance
- Balancer des polices dans Wealthserv Assurance
- Procéder à la paie des conseillers et cabinets
- Répondre aux questions des conseillers/cabinets en lien avec la rémunération et les relevés de commissions
- Effectuer le suivi des dettes des conseillers
- Procéder à des écritures dans MultiView
- Créer des ententes de bonis dans Wealthserv Assurance
- Transmettre aux assureurs les changements bancaires, etc.
- Toutes autres tâches connexes en lien avec le département de la rémunération.

- À l’aise avec les chiffres
- Aptitudes interpersonnelles, facilité à la communication orale et écrite
- Être capable de gérer un flux de travail important et établir des priorités
- Faire preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie
- 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’assurance de personnes et des services financiers (un atout)
- Connaissance du logiciel Wealthserv (un atout)
- Bilinguisme (afin de desservir les conseillers/cabinets hors Québec)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Extract the various statements to be processed on the insurers' websites
- Collect from insurers in Wealthserv Assurance
- Balance policies in Wealthserv Insurance
- Payroll advisors and firms
- Answer advisors/firms' questions related to compensation and commission statements
- Follow up on advisors' debts
- Write to MultiView
- Create bonus agreements in Wealthserv Insurance
- Transmit bank changes, etc. to insurers.
- Any other related tasks related to the compensation department.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Comfortable working with numbers
- Interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills
- Be able to manage a large workflow and set priorities
- Demonstrate initiative and autonomy
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of life and health insurance and financial services (an asset)
- Knowledge of Wealthserv software (an asset)
- Bilingualism (to serve advisors/firms outside Quebec)
