**Job Summary**

The Customer Service Representative - Order Desk is responsible for acting as a liaison between the sales department, production and the customer. Under the supervision of the Order Desk Manager, the incumbent will work in an environment of planning and communication in English with our customers.

**Main responsibilities**
- Perform data entry of various information in Excel (PO, dates, purchases, etc.) ;
- Create work orders and sales documents in MRP;
- Complete various daily reports;
- Prepare shipping documents;
- Enter projects into production;
- Analyzes release packages prior to release to production;
- Follow up on the project with the Montreal sales office;
- Create project files for engineering and production;
- Work in close collaboration with all departments;
- Work closely with all departments; Perform any other task as requested by his supervisor.

**Experience and Training**

**Education & experience**
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DCS) or Professional Diploma (DEP) in administration or equivalent training;
- Two years of experience in an office environment.

**Special knowledge**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French;
- Excellent ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.
- Have the concern to offer a quality customer service
- Knowledge of an ERP system such as Microsoft NAV or Business Central (an asset);
- Mastery of the Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel;
- Good organizational skills and time management;
- Good planning skills;
- Versatility and autonomy;
- Demonstrate autonomy and thoroughness;
