We are opening our new PriceSmart Foods Lougheed Mall location in Burnaby, BC in January 2024

We’re hiring for departments including Store Set Up, Restaurant, Seafood and Meat.

Flexible start date.

Flexible hours - work as little as 8 hours per week up to 40 hours per week.

Overnight shifts are also available.

You will be responsible for:
- Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.- Sharing product knowledge with customers.- Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.- Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.- Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.- Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.- Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

Store set up duties also include:
- Setting up shelves and setting shelf heights.- Allocating freight.- Stacking skids.- Implementing planograms.- Hanging price labels.

You have:
- A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.- A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.- Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.- Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).- Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (considered an asset).

$16.75 - $16.75

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
