Bulk Shipping

Home hardware has an exciting opportunity to join our Distribution team as a
**Bulk Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.** Reporting to the Manager, Distribution, in this role you will provide administrative support to ensure a timely flow of goods in and out of the bulk distribution centre.

**o**:

- Enter inventory into system of record for incoming product from Suppliers.
- Process purchase orders from Dealers, ensuring backorders are prioritized according to region for load building.
- Plan, prioritize, and build loads as required to support product flow through the bulk distribution centre.
- Invoice orders upon shipment to Dealers and produce backorders as necessary for unshipped product.
- Ensure accurate cycle counting as required.
- Enter pricing into system of record on a weekly basis.
- Pick-up supplies from the Dealer Support Centre in St. Jacobs.
- Additional duties, such as updating weekly commodity newsletter and inventory counts, as required.

**What we’re looking for**:

- High School graduation or equivalent.
- Keyboard / data entry skills required.
- Strong organization and communication skills required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy to ensure compliance with TDG requirements.
- Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Experience with Oracle Shipping and Receiving Systems and Prism an asset.
