The Freehand Hospitality team is seeking a Food and Beverage Administrator who will bring exceptional organizational skills to support the Food & Beverage teams in our various locations.
**In this role, Administrator, you’ll get to**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the food and beverage teams
- Effectively support the day-to-day operations
- Ensure the confidentiality of your work and possess the highest level of personal integrity
- Interact daily with building staff and head office
- Prepare periodic reporting/ tracking as necessary
- Other similar and related duties as required from time to time

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a professional setting supporting multiple team members
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Effective precise verbal and written communication with customer service skills
- Previous office administrative experience is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft suites; especially word, excel, and outlook
