Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Associé(e) à l’importation. Ceci est une occasion idéale pour l’individu qui désire poursuivre une carrière dans l’industrie de la mode. Se rapportant à la Directrice des importations directes, vous serez responsable de communiquer avec les usines, effectuer des suivis sur les immersions de laboratoire, spécifications, échantillons pré-production, etc., résoudre les problèmes de production, créer les feuilles d’estimation des importations pour les acheteurs et de l’émission des bons de commandes, des feuilles d’analyse, de l’information pour les étiquettes de prix et de l’information sur l’identification et l’étiquetage des emballages pour les fournisseurs.

Responsabilités
- Préparer les feuilles d’estimations des importations pour les acheteurs;
- Communication quotidienne avec les fournisseurs outre-mer;
- Effectuer les suivis pour les spécifications, les échantillons pré-production, les immersions de laboratoire pour les vêtements et les tissus en vrac;
- Fournir les bons de commandes et l’analyse détaillée aux fournisseurs;
- Effectuer des suivis sur le statut des livraisons de la marchandise pour assurer une livraison ponctuelle;
- Travailler avec les acheteurs et les artistes de graphiques afin de compléter les esquisses à temps pour les fournisseurs outre-mer.

Principales compétences requises
- Minimum de 3 années d’expérience dans le domaine de la coordination d’importation;
- Connaissance de la construction des vêtements et les processus de fabrication des fournisseurs outre-mer;
- Bonne connaissance de l’acheminement des importations;
- Compétences supérieures avec Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook);
- Bien organisé et méticuleux;
- Peut travailler avec de courtes échéances;
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite;
- Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais est obligatoire.
