About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning customer orders within the requested timeframe while maintaining an optimal inventory level. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.


Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks

  • Analyze and schedule orders that are entered into the system, ensuring timely delivery to customers
  • Meet customer and product requirements when planning, ensuring seamless execution
  • Plan required semi-finished products based on economic demand or quantity to be produced, optimizing inventory levels
  • Ensure that the inventory level meets requirements, minimizing stockouts and overstocking
  • Follow up with buyers for missing raw materials, ensuring smooth supply chain operations
  • Respect production, equipment, and shipping availability, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Optimize the atomization schedule to avoid wasted time, improving overall productivity

Monthly Tasks

  • Pull out the Products to be Kept in Stock (FSA) report, schedule their manufacture as required, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Analyze ASF in stock and advise customer service of any products with less than 25% remaining life, ensuring proactive inventory management

As Required

  • Review inventory minimums for stock-in-stock semi-finished products, ensuring optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure all previous year's FSA have been renewed, if not, remove these products from inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Finding alternative solutions when raw material is lacking, ensuring business continuity
  • Keep production schedule up to date when new activations or changes occur, ensuring seamless execution
  • Find cost reduction strategies, improving overall business efficiency
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrate positive leadership, be constructive in engaging with employees, promote a positive image of Kerry, endorse demands and management vision
  • Lead by example, both in terms of health, safety, quality, follow-up of work procedures and methods, performance

  • Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • Communicate requests in a professional manner, ensuring clear and effective communication

  • Have good stress management, be able to work effectively under pressure, ensuring business continuity
  • SAP experience is an asset, but not required
  • Be bilingual, with excellent communication skills
