- Reporting to the Quality Analyst, the incumbent will participate in maintaining the plant's quality system.**The incumbent will perform the following tasks**:

- Know the quality system in place and maintain it;
- Maintain an active presence on production sites;
- Ensure that measuring equipment and devices are calibrated and compliant;
- Participate in the optimization and continuous improvement of processes and sampling;
- Achieve quality objectives;
- Carry out quality audits and monitor various parameters and procedures;
- Communicate well with operators;
- Participate in operator training;
- Perform all other related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical degree in metallurgy, industrial chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering and/or other related training;
- At least 1 year relevant experience in a similar role;
- Integration of health and safety as a core value;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to write technical reports;
- Flexibility, adaptability and judgment;
- Autonomy, proactivity, organization and problem-solving skills;
- Teamwork and leadership;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite software tools.
