This posting is being created to provide strong support to Oxford House Ladies Pre-treatment residents in Calgary. Please read full description of job. The Recovery Coach/Support Worker will oversee one Ladies Oxford House Pre-Treatment Recovery Home.

**Reporting to the Pre-treatment Supervisor the Recovery Coach is responsible for**
- ensuring that Oxford House residents are abiding with the policy and procedures of the organization.
- Complete Recovery Coach Training.
- the overall effectiveness of our Recovery Coach Program in Calgary.
- informing the addiction community (agencies and individuals) of the availability of residency in an Oxford House in and around Calgary.
- screening and interviewing potential residents.
- referring resident to an appropriate Oxford House for a second interview for acceptance.
- Recovery Coach sessions
- Group Sessions
- Transport Ladies to outside Recovery based meetings.

**Requirements**:

- A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of addictions and the skill set to promote Oxford House in the community. Lived experience is an asset.
- A working knowledge and competency with Microsoft Word/Excel and fyi database. Training for paperless filing and file creation will be provided.
- Competency in the administration of drug tests and proper handling of samples.
- Competency in Conflict resolution.
- Experience with rent collection, security deposit.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
