**Hours of work Required**:
11:30PM - 8:00am Sunday - Friday

Optional Fridays for Overtime 3:30pm - 8:00pm

**Duties**:

- Calibrate and retool machines with sharp cutters and inspect for damages/Clear Debris from sensors
- Request material and inspect material for scratches, dents, blemishes and variation in size.
- Load and inspect Programs, Make Changes for Depth due to material variances.
- Rework, Retool, Reoptimize any inefficiency, Defect or Error as instructed.
- Examine Plans/Blue Prints/Details/Specs to check for quality Standards as needed
- Relay/Request information to/From Leads or management about projects, work orders, and work stoppages that might occur
- Effective use of Time is Critical (The machine should be running as much as possible)
- Regular maintenance of machines (Cleaning and removing debris from moving parts)
- Meet or exceed realistic expectations as set by Scheduling/Management
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Liaison with Lead Hand, Project Manager and CNC operators during assignments and resolution of machining, production or quality issues
- Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with 5 Axis Machining self-made programs. G-Code Experience preferred
- Proficient with CNC Routing Machines
- Familiar with CAD and Industry Tooling
