Position Overview

As part of the ITA Support Team, you will be working directly with the ITA Finance Team to run and pay the ITA commissions every month. This role will require communication and interaction with the ITAs, the Finance Team as intern teams to ensure ITAs are paid their Commissions adequately and on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in a team in running Independent and Employee commission statements
- Detailed Quality Control of multiple agent Statements with some small changes
- Archiving excel spreadsheet, following an approval process. Save as PDF and distribute to agents
- Following a pre-determined schedule with deadlines.
- Assist with questions from Independent contractors( commissioned agents ) regarding

commissions

Technical Qualifications

Basic excel (formulas) is recommended. Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and also coordinate with a team in an ongoing fast-paced process.Desktop environment i.e. Windows 10/11

Qualifications required
- Master the French and English languages, both orally and in writing;
- Comfortable working in a computerized environment and mastering the software of the MS Office suite;
- Knowledge of the travel industry an asset
- Sense of organization and management of priorities;
- Customer service approach;
- Sense of autonomy and initiative;
- Judgment, maturity and discretion;
- Sense of analysis, good judgment and a spirit of synthesis;
