**Vice President, Registry Operations**

Reporting to the President and CEO, you will provide strategic leadership to their segment by creating and communicating a compelling future vision for the business lines within the segment, in alignment with the corporate goals and vision, supported by an enabling culture and executed through actions that exemplify and are consistent with ICS’s core values. You will be accountable for the efficient, effective and profitable operation of registries, directories and other lines and supporting processes on behalf of our clients.

Already known for your ability to build and propel high performing teams that deliver excellence, and your ability to contribute to corporate strategy, you possess the following:

- a post-secondary degree in an applicable discipline with a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in an organization of comparable size and complexity.
- senior level knowledge of quality systems and methods, delivery systems, operational methods, project and change management, continuous improvement, service level agreements and solutions selling.
- working knowledge of human resources management, leadership, organizational development, employment laws and union labour relations and best practices.
- experience leading an organization through cultural and operational transformation preferably in an organization experiencing significant year over year growth.
