**JOB SUMMARY**

Manage Samuelsohn’ s planning function, report to the SVP of Merchandising/Design, and working with the VP of Sales, VP of DTC, and VP of Manufacturing (“VPs”) to achieve their plans. Accountable for sales and margin planning, inventory planning, merchandise planning, and fabric planning.

Manage companies in stock replenishment programs for fabric and finished goods.

**SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Business and Financial Planning**
- Work with CEO to establish overall financial targets for sales, margins and inventory.
- Partner with the VPs to lead analysis and research required for annual and seasonal sales planning, buy planning and fabric procurement planning discussions.

**Overall Management**
- Establish performance metrics, goals and scorecards for Sales, Margin, and Inventory.
- Work directly with Sales, Buying, Merchandising and Manufacturing Teams to ensure corporate financial objectives are achieved.
- Approve all markdowns, promotions and OTB changes.
- Approve additions or deletions to list of in-stock items (seasonal and basic)
- Identify key issues in planning or trending and reforecast as needed.
- Ensure a strong partnership is established and maintained with Sales, Merchandising and Manufacturing Operations organization and respective business partners.

**Key Planning Activities**
- Kick-off and lead seasonal planning process of Sales, Margins, Inventory and Fabric Purchasing with Sales, Buying (OTB and Inventory Plans) and Manufacturing production plans.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to establish sales plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with sales account managers to plan sales “bottom-up”
- Work with merchandising executives to review optimal breadth of collections, seasonal in-stock and MTM assortments.
- Support the VPs by leading bi-weekly business reviews.
- Conduct ongoing analysis.

**In-Stock Management**
- Working with the Buying Team, responsible for forecasting the buying team’s ordering of seasonal and basic in-stock programs, piece goods and finished goods.

**Pricing**
- Working with the Merchandising/Design and Buying Team, responsible for pricing the seasonal collections, in-stock programs and MTM assortments.
- Responsible for identifying inventory opportunities for markdowns and promotions.

**Inventory Management**
- Responsible for achieving inventory, turnaround and GMROI targets.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
