About Us:
The CEFA educational system at Core Educational & Fine Arts (CEFA) Junior Kindergarten is one of today’s leading approaches to educating young children. **Responsibilities**:
The Administrator is the staff member who coordinates all administrative duties including, but not limited to: handling of documents, parent requests, record keeping, updating school documents as needed, updating student files and staff files. The Administrator is also responsible for:

- Adjusting the records and producing new invoices upon receipt of schedule changesrequest forms
- Collecting and posting e-transfers when applicable
- Processing and updating subsidies
- The Administrator coordinates the entry of new students as well as their individual schedule, and upkeeps the student layout.
- Send out routine correspondence to families
- Complete enrollment reports and update layouts
- Ensuring all forms are complete and security deposit collected
- Setting up teachers on portal and check-in station
- Updating Birthday list, allergy list, No social media list
- Print and updating forms for file (licensing required) and for classroom.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of families (account statements, student information)
- Updating student files and documents
- Assisting the Principal with administrative duties related to the school (maintaining files, parent requests)
- Covering in the classrooms when needed.

Qualifications:

- Must have knowledge with computer systems and software
- Experience with Kindertales an asset
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiar with BC Licensing Regulations
- Experience in a childcare or junior kindergarten setting an asset

Salary and Benefits:
**Job Types**: Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $21-23/hr
