**Responsibilities**:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in hospitals and surgical centers within the territory.

Promote and sell surgical products to surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in operating rooms and other surgical settings.

Provide clinical support and education to customers on the safe and effective use of surgical products.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and drive customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, healthcare, life sciences) or equivalent relevant experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on surgical products.

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and products used in operating rooms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally outside of the territory.
