**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Acts as a members' advocate with a focus on improving member experience.
- Communicates with members to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Fosters positive member relationships through proactive and timely responses and follow-through.
- Investigates, probes, recommends, and resolves problems.
- Ensures all requests comply with processing policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with internal departments to facilitate members' need fulfillment.
- Investigates incomplete requests on behalf of processing team.
- Actively participates in establishing and maintaining an environment of process improvement and proactive problem solving.
- Maintains updated knowledge of GFD products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (English/French) in both oral and written form..
- Experience in a customer/member service role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with using Microsoft Office products including Excel skills.
- Solid communication skills, in both oral and written form.
- Strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented.
- Resourcefulness, and able to exercise initiative.
- Ability to work closely in a team environment in order to meet individual and team driven benchmarks.
