About Ordr: Ordr is an innovative mobile ordering and in-seat delivery company that transforms the way people experience events. We partner with concessionaires to provide staff, helping them open up new streams of revenue. Through our user-friendly mobile app, customers can conveniently order food and beverages from their seats, and our dedicated Venue Runners ensure they receive their orders without missing a moment of the action

We are currently looking for energetic and customer-oriented Venue Runners to join our team

Position: Venue Runner

Responsibilities: Receive and manage food and beverage orders through the Ordr app.

Swiftly pick up orders from the designated concession stands.

Navigate through the venue and deliver orders to customers at their seats.

Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Communicate effectively with the Ordr team and venue staff.

Adhere to health and safety standards during food handling and delivery.

Provide feedback to improve the ordering and delivery process.

Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.

Ability to move quickly and navigate large venues with ease.

Basic knowledge of mobile technology and apps.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous experience in food service or delivery is a plus, but not required.

Active Pro-serve Licene

+18 years old

**Benefits**:
Dynamic hourly wage plus tips Runners get paid per delivery + tips.

With a minimum of $15 per hour, our runners can make upwards of $42 per hour.
