**Job Summary**
Join one of Canada’s largest, fastest growing suppliers of control label products. CRL Synergy is seeking a **Supply Chain Analyst **who can thrive in a fast-paced environment that involves working in an office team environment. Providing quality products to the consumer is paramount to the business.

What you’ll do
- Liaison between forwarder, supplier broker and all related parties.
- Responsible in scheduling and monitoring all import /export needs of the company.
- Responsible in providing updates and schedules to all internal users and updating the system.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of all the documents.
- Process, manage and track purchase orders from our trading partners.
- Coordinate timely shipment of all the purchase orders and when shipments are not arriving on time, inform those trading partners of the delay.
- Reconcile purchase order quantities and approved purchase cost of orders to the underlying master listing.
- Import purchase orders into an ERP system, compare the result to a third-party system to confirm the import was successful.
- Work with assorted functional departments of the business (Inventory Team, Accounting Team, Sales Team, and Warehouse Team) to clear queries on orders and ensure the successful invoicing of orders.
- Maintain system lot expiry dates, UPC codes to registrations, and article numbers with our trading partners.
- Produce weekly inventory on hand reports, review and prepare adjustments where necessary.
- Produce monthly reports of product sales by category, SKU, and trading partner. Discuss with management.
- Performing other relevant job duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Word
- Good proficiency in financial software specifically related to purchase order entry and accounts payable and inventory management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work processes, department structure, environment and technology in a dynamic work environment.
- Good analytical skills necessary to resolve problems and look for solutions.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Strong ability to demonstrate independence, resourcefulness and tenacity.
- Shows initiative - regularly engages in proactive behavior and looks for opportunities.
- Good ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.
- Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work processes, department structure, environment and technology in a dynamic work environment.
- High School Diploma.
- Certificate/ Diploma in Supply chain, business or related courses and SCMP Designation an asset but not required.
- Experience in a customer service organization (preferably aviation and / or warehousing related);
- Experience operating and inputting data into an ERP systems considered an asset
- Previous experience in import / export standards / procedures considered an asset
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with excellent knowledge of English required
- Analytical ability in evaluating inventory levels / demands considered an asset for future advancement
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office suite, (Excel)
- Previous Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG), ITAR, International shipping training an asset
- Previous Inventory Control procedures an asset.
- Minimum of two years of previous purchasing/buyer experience is required.

Pay: $49,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
