**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide top-notch service to our customers, both on the phone and in-person.
- Assist in product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON N5W 6G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
