- **Marketing Associate - Heart to Home Meals**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Collateral Development**: Support the creation of impactful marketing materials, including advertisements, leaflets, and mailers, ensuring brand consistency and appeal.
- **Media and Advertising**: Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to execute effective print & TV media strategies, including ad creation, KPI analysis and rate negotiation.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Utilize tools like analytics tools to generate insightful reports, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- **Franchisee Support**: Build strong relationships with franchisees, offering marketing guidance and collaborating on local marketing initiatives. Manage franchise intranet content and marketing resources.
- **Project Management**: Support the marketing manger with marketing campaign creation & execution, including budget management and forecasting.
- **Administrative Support**: Handle the organization of marketing-related invoices and purchase orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software like Canva.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and data reporting tools.
- **Desirable**:_
- Knowledge of media buying and working with creative teams
- Bilingual (EN/FR)
