**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**
Reporting to Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient financial transaction process for both the dealership and its customers.- Responsible for selling financing, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP insurance, credit insurance, and other Aftermarket products to clients.- Utilization of dealership management systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.- Maintain a knowledge of manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing, and incentive programs.- Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures as required by the employer.- Work in strict compliance with the laws of Alberta and Canada.- Ensure all work performed is thorough, accurate, and completed on time.- Preparation of all documentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning, etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles.- Maintain all reports and records as required by the manufacturer, dealership, and AMVIC.- Attend sponsored training as scheduled.- Ensure quotes for products and services are competitive.- Establish and maintain strong and professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturer finance centre and third-party vendors.-
- Consistently meet and exceed Guest expectations.- Handle and resolve Guest concerns in a courteous and professional manner, insuring a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of Guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a Lexus Purchase Recommendation (LPR) score that is higher than national average.
**WHAT YOU BRING TO US**:
- Experience working in Finance department (3-5 years minimum)- Dealership experience is considered an asset
- Billingual skills is an asset- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record- You display a friendly and outgoing demeanor while interacting with Guests and coworkers. You are a self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision.- High School degree or equivalent preferred- Experience in using PBS Systems is an asset- Must be dependable and reliable, possess strong attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize effectively.- Excellent Guest service skills.- Comes to work wearing proper Business attire.
- Bilingual is considered an asset.
