In this role, you will aid multiple Principal Investigators within the department including in areas such as Addiction Psychiatry, Emergency Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, among others.

**In this role you will**:

- Coordinate projects as assigned
- Participate in manuscript preparation, grant and REB proposals, books, articles, and manuals
- Administer research questionnaires and conduct structured interviews
- Create and maintain databases using statistical software
- Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation
- Prepare presentations (slides, posters, PowerPoint) Monitor and maintain deadlines and schedules
- Perform literature searches
- Maintain databases relative to publications, presentations, grants
- Prepare written correspondence, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Perform other general office related duties as required (e.g., photocopying, organizing and maintaining filing system)
- Other duties as assigned
- Job Requirements**Job Requirements**:
Mandatory
- Completion of at least one year of a University degree from an accredited educational institution
- A minimum of two (2) years of related experience
- Applicants with proven equivalent recent and related training and experience may be considered

Preferred
- In progress or successful completion of a Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution as asset
- Experience working within a mental health research environment

Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis an asset
- Advanced technical skills and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Self-directed with an ability to make decisions and to exercise good judgment
- Confident organizational and time management skills with a flexibility to adjust to priorities
- Demonstrated professionalism; ability to work with a variety of individuals in a co-operative manner both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated satisfactory work performance and attendance history
