**What You'll Do**:

- Greet customers with a warm smile and assure them that help is on the way - we're all about exceptional service from the get-go
- Master the art of multitasking by prioritizing tasks and seamlessly jumping from one to another - your agility is key
- Keep a meticulous count of parts flowing in and out of the department - accuracy is our middle name.
- Provide customers with complete and accurate quotes for parts - because transparency builds trust.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our amazing network of suppliers - teamwork makes the dream work
- Fulfill parts orders for our dedicated technicians working on ongoing repairs - you're the behind-the-scenes hero
- Collect payments from our satisfied customers - a smooth transaction equals happy customers
- Act as the emergency superhero by determining the availability of out-of-stock items and submitting lightning-fast emergency orders.
- Issue credits for returned parts, ensuring all the details align for a seamless return process - you've got the eye for detail
- Assist our skilled technicians in identifying the required parts for repairs with mínimal wait time - efficiency is our game.
- Be the friendly voice on the phone for customers with questions and concerns - your cheerful attitude can turn any situation around
