**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- End to end project management: Manage all aspects of the project over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
- Works closely with the project sponsor, business partners and delivery leader to develop the project charter, define the project scope, goals, objectives, approach, methodology and communication plan.
- Develops project schedule, cost estimates, budget, resources required (people, equipment, materials).
- Performs risk planning and analysis (qualitative & quantitative), including risk identification and risk response planning.
- Executes, tracks and monitors progress to plan and distributes the appropriate project information to all relevant project team members and stakeholders.
- Identifies, resolves, or escalates all project issues.
- Successfully operationalise / transition project to maintenance.
- Projects may be global in nature and will require coordination with multiple Business Units. Ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups, to ensure projects meet leadership and/or customer expectations, timely communication / escalation to leadership.
- Ensures completeness and quality of work / project deliverables.
- Contributes to the development and enhancement of PM best practices, tools, and techniques.

**What you will bring**
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on Project Management experience in Information Technology is required.
- University or College Degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or Project Management) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changes quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to exert significant discretionary effort and to identify personally with project success.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information and make good decisions or recommendations in ambiguous or difficult situations.
- Demonstrated understanding of risk assessment and management techniques.
- Customer-centric approach to collaborate with participating teams, structured approach to problem-solving, resolve conflicts and reach consensus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment including virtual teams / stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively to a non-technical audience.
- Experience in stakeholder relationship management across various business and technology areas.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams.
- Experience in resource planning.
- Understanding of IT project methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project), task management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.

**Assets**
- Experience in Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple work packages with competing timelines and priorities without compromising quality.
- Ability to influence and negotiate win-win outcomes among cross-functional teams.
- Accreditation in Project Management such as Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or other industry recognized Project Management accreditation.
