The Position

The successful applicant will work in a small crew assisting with mowing, trimming, and tidying up commercial properties to our DICAM standards to build long lasting relationships with our clients and make their properties shine throughout every season We are ideally looking for an individual who is available all seasons and is looking to make a career out of landscaping. This individual will enjoy working at a steady pace, collaborating with others in a team environment, and working on detail-oriented tasks to produce high quality and satisfying results. This role will begin in late March or early April, depending on the weather.

Our Expectations:

- Follow tasks assigned by crew leader when arriving at site
- Check mower heights and adjust if necessary
- Walk site to search for hazards and pick up garbage daily
- Complete machine work and other grass cutting and maintenance tasks along with the other crew members
- Safely operate a variety of machinery including riding lawn mowers, walk-behinds, push mowers, trimmers, blowers and pruners
- Wear PPE and follow all safety expectations
- Help clean out truck and trailer of any debris, garbage or brush at the end of each day

Job Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License, experience driving a truck and trailer is preferred
- Previous professional landscaping experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with a wide variety of people in a polite, positive and cooperative manner
- Be able to handle constructive criticism
- Hard working
- Detail orientated
- Safety conscious
