**Position Overview**:
Are you looking for a role where you will have immediate impact with the work you are doing? **Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand product categorization to accurately tag products, ensuring they appear in the correct collections online.
- Manage and update the online product catalogs, including setting up new product listings and refreshing existing ones.
- Collaborate with sales channels to ensure accurate product descriptions, categorization, and pricing across the entire Woodland Mills ecosystem.
- Support product content management for e-commerce marketing campaigns.
- Manage informational fields for each product, including writing product descriptions and identifying filter attributes.
- Work with the Digital and Brand Teams to develop key internal search keywords to enhance the customer experience.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on ideas to improve online operations and enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce.
- Experience with Big Commerce platforms and content management systems preferred.
- Understanding of online shopping experience, on-site customer experience, and competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Additional Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management principles and frameworks would be a plus.
- Ability to adapt and learn new skills as the market changes.
- Strong commitment to the quality of work in terms of accuracy and content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Work Location**:
This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, allowing employees to work both remotely and in-office as needed. While some tasks may require in-person collaboration, a significant portion of the work can be performed remotely. Our company provides the flexibility to accommodate a balance between remote work and in-office presence, ensuring both productivity and employee well-being.
