**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Be available for consultation and decision-making during active project hours.
- Meeting trades on-site for quotes.
- Conduct regular site visits, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Engage with contractors and suppliers, building a network of reliable partnerships.
- Monitor and update project progress through advanced software tools.
- Ensuring excellence is achieved in our construction by focusing on worksmanship
- Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
