**Siltech Corporation, a Canadian owned Chemical company, is looking to hire immediately a full time, permanent Logistics/Customer Service Representative for our Toronto facility.**
This opportunity offers a Group Benefits and Pension Plan.
Reporting to the CSR Supervisor, the Logistics/CSR has primary responsibility for receiving and recording Sales Orders, preparing all shipping documents and arranging for products to be shipped to customers domestically and internationally via land, sea or air.
Duties include:
1. Serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
2. Arranging for appropriate carriers to deliver goods to customers and accurately following any special shipping instructions.
3. Preparing all shipping documents including Delivery Slips, Export Papers, Dangerous Goods and shipping labels.
4. Working with brokerage companies.
To qualify for this position, you must have knowledge of current national and international import/export regulatory requirements and 2-3 years experience in a related role, preferably in a Chemical Manufacturing environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
