This position is based in the Mississauga, ON office.

**Responsibilities**:
- Project tender preparation and construction administration.- Develop traffic management plans and design for construction.- Complete project feasibility, utility management and cost estimates.- Conduct constructability reviews and Design standards reviews.- Assist in client development and prepare proposals.- Lead or support project/client managers in establishing appropriate scope, budget and timelines for deliverables.- Manage the business unit financial performance, including staff utilization, profitability and accounts receivable.- Ensure quality and timely delivery of project deliverables to meet the clients’ needs.- Provide mentorship and training to a team of transportation planners, engineers and technical staff and participate actively and formally in their development plans.- Provide technical advice to other service sectors and teams.- Manage operations with an objective to improve operational efficiency and increase productivity.- Provide strategic and tactical leadership to achieve corporate goals.

What We Are Looking For- A registered professional engineer in Ontario and/or relevant experience- Experience with traffic engineering including traffic safety audits and/or traffic signal design- Formal project management training, (PMP designation or similar)- Experience with client management, securing work, leading professional teams and successfully delivering projects-
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, organizational skills and customer service mindset- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and strong commitment to achieving goals; ability to work in challenging, fast paced environment- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive attitude- Superior written and verbal communication skills
