A titre de Vice-président(e) stratégie et Innovation, vous relevez de la Vice-présidence exécutive Stratégie, expérience-client et marketing.

Vous pilotez la planification stratégique et les grandes réflexions portées par la haute direction pour identifier les priorités d’évolution et de transformation de Beneva. Par la vigie et votre présence dans l’industrie et dans le monde de l’innovation, vous êtes un catalyseur de notre développement. Vous initiez la mise en place des initiatives d’innovation prioritaires.

Vous mobilisez vos équipes et vous planifiez, dirigez, coordonnez et contrôlez les activités de votre Vice-présidence.

Dans le cadre de vos responsabilités dans la planification stratégique de la firme:
Afin de positionner et de dégager des opportunités de positionnement innovatrices et porteuses pour la Société, vous effectuez:

- La vigie des compétiteurs, de leur positionnement et stratégies dans les différents marchés, réseaux et lignes de produits;
- La vigie des meilleures pratiques mondiales, dans notre industrie et dans celles qui peuvent nous inspirer;
- Les analyses de marché et de tendances de notre environnement qui sont sources d’évolution des modèles d’affaires et des modèles économiques de notre industrie.

Vous recommandez à la direction générale les stratégies suivantes:

- Stratégies directrices de croissance rentable permettant à la Société de se différencier favorablement et ainsi d’atteindre ses objectifs de croissance et de rentabilité dans ses différents réseaux, marchés et lignes de produits;
- Stratégies de transformation afin de se positionner favorablement par rapport à ses concurrents;
- Stratégies innovantes pour permettre l’accélération de l’atteinte de notre ambition et de notre proposition de valeur.

Dans le cadre de ces responsabilités, vous:

- Pilotez le processus de planification stratégique de l’entreprise et le faites évoluer de manière à en assurer la robustesse et l’agilité;
- Menez des réflexions stratégiques en profondeur sur les sujets critiques au succès de l’organisation;
- Assurez le suivi de la performance de nos stratégies et l’atteinte de nos objectifs stratégiques;
- Identifiez les priorités d’innovation de l’entreprise et agissez à titre de catalyseur pour en initier la mise en place;
- Assurez une présence et une vigie dans le monde de l’innovation des différents secteurs d’activités pouvant renforcer notre proposition de valeur.

Dans le cadre de la gestion de votre vice-présidence, vous:

- En fonction de la planification stratégique, identifiez les objectifs à atteindre et déterminez les stratégies et tactiques pour les atteindre;
- Dirigez et mobilisez votre équipe, évaluez périodiquement son rendement et sa performance, participez à sa sélection et à la formation des membres sous votre responsabilité immédiate. Vous vous assurez de la qualité des programmes de formation et de leur diffusion dans votre Vice-présidence;
- Contrôlez les activités de la vice-présidence et l'avancement des travaux et vous en assurez le suivi. Vous planifiez la réalisation des différents mandats et des ressources, contrôlez les dépenses en fonction du budget approuvé afin d’assurer l’efficacité et la rentabilité des opérations sous votre direction. Vous participez à l’amélioration de l’efficacité et de la rentabilité de ces opérations.
- Assurez l’élaboration, l’analyse, le développement et la réalisation des méthodes, procédures, formules et systèmes utilisés dans votre vice-présidence;
- Maintenez d’excellentes relations avec les différents secteurs de la Société;
- Siégez à différents comités reliés à votre fonction.

Vos atouts et vos talents
- Détenir un baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente. Un diplôme universitaire supérieur est un atout;
- Avoir un minimum de quinze (15) années d’expérience pertinente, dont au moins sept (7) années dans la gestion d’équipes de travail et/ou d’unités administratives;
- Avoir une solide expertise de l'industrie de l'Assurance;
- Avoir déjà dirigé des exercices de planification stratégique, autant en conception qu’en supervision et suivi d’exécution;
- Maîtriser les langues française et anglaise parlées et écrites.
