As a Sales Associate, you are an important and key part of the success of our team. In this role, you will need to demonstrate your excellence by:
1. Providing the highest level of customer service and experience (Going above and beyond to help a customer find what they are looking for)

2. Being effective, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable about children’s items

3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store

4. Being a brand ambassador by promoting what we do, how we do it and why we do it

5. Helping to achieve buys and sales goals

**Requirements**:
We understand that a Sales Associate position can be occupied by anyone but it takes a special person to work in a second hand store that cares about its community, its families and the environment it is a part of.

Our **MISSION **is to give teens and young adults in our community a convenient way to sell their styles that no longer give them joy, items every day, to help keep thousands of items out of landfills and to provide teens and young adults the opportunity to buy high quality, new and gently used trendy styles at budget-friendly prices in a family-friendly, teen-friendly environment.

Customers often comment on how our store is very organized, very clean, we offer a judgment free and safe environment and how very helpful and friendly our staff is. They also say we have a lot of great selection to choose from at really amazingly low prices.
