The position of Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue for Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL) by planning, leading and implementing all aspects of corporate/social events and trade/consumer shows. The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and increasing the current level of event space and catering rentals throughout the various properties of REAL. Responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that exceed quality expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Event Management, Commerce or related field or a combination or related education, training and experience is required.
- Certifications in sales training courses is an asset.
- Three (3) to five (5) years' demonstrated experience in the sales and sponsorships and/or advertising with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proven track record of developing and building new business relationships that produce profitable financial results.
- Experience developing budgets, forecasting, and writing sales proposals.
- Must be a self-motivated "go-getter" who enjoys seeking out and closing new business; an outgoing, customer-focused sales professional who projects a positive, "can-do" attitude who also works well as part of a team.
