**Financial Administrative Assistant**

The Financial Administrative Assistant supports the Financial Strategies Group by providing dedicated support to our Financial Planners and other team members, as well as providing exceptional service to exceed client expectations.

This complex role includes, but is not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Perform regular portfolio reviews and rebalance client accounts with guidance from the Financial Planners
- Prepare all documentation and provide updates to Financial Planners in preparation for client meetings
- Process all client account transactions, including contributions, withdrawal requests, pre-authorized contributions and account rebalancing
- Monitor all pending paperwork, transfers in/out, diarize to follow up regularly
- Maintain complete client files and ensures documentation is in good order
- Gather and input data; generate reports as needed
- General administrative duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Intermediate to strong knowledge of investment processes and procedures
- Knowledge of compliance regulations, securities laws, risk and confidentiality requirements
- Excellent command of the English language; both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Able to represent Financial Strategies Group in a professional, courteous, and competent manner in all client interactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Finance or related discipline.
- Completion or enrollment in the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
