**Position Overview**:
ShyftLabs is searching for an experienced and passionate Technical Delivery Manager with 5+ years of experience. ShyftLabs is a growing data product company that was founded in early 2020 and works primarily with Fortune 500 companies. As a Technical Delivery Manager at ShyftLabs, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our technical projects and solutions to enterprise clients. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to effectively coordinate and oversee project execution from inception to completion. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and clients, to drive project success and exceed client expectations.
- Project Planning and Execution:_

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget constraints.

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient project delivery.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise.
- Stakeholder Management:_

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing client expectations and fostering positive relationships.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, define deliverables, and ensure alignment with client objectives.

Conduct regular status meetings and project updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, milestones, and any changes to scope or requirements.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:_

Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Coordinate team activities, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share feedback, learn from experiences, and implement best practices.
- Quality Assurance and Performance Management:_

Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

Monitor project performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Technical Expertise and Innovation:_

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and technical delivery.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, leveraging expertise to overcome technical challenges and drive innovation.

Collaborate with internal teams to explore and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies that enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

**Basic Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of proven experience in technical project management or delivery management roles, preferably in a software development or IT services environment.

Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile frameworks, and project management best practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
