As an E-commerce Packer at DESIGNME, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellent customer service.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Forklift Operation**: Safely operate forklifts to transport products to designated areas, load/unload trucks, and perform other material handling duties.
- **Order Picking**: Accurately pick products according to order specifications, ensuring correct item counts and preparing them for shipping.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock counting, organizing shelves, and managing product rotation to optimize warehouse space.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for damage, report discrepancies, and ensure only quality items are packed and shipped.
- **Loading and Unloading**: Load and unload shipments, ensuring products are securely packed and stored.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or issues immediately.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years or relevant experience level in a warehouse or similar environment, with forklift operation and order-picking experience.
- **Certification**: Valid forklift certification is required.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or preferred weight, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- **Language Requirements**: Proficiency in French/English is required.

En tant que Cariste/Préparateur de Commandes chez DESIGNME, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en veillant à ce que nos clients reçoivent leurs commandes avec précision et dans les délais. Votre attention aux détails et votre dévouement à la qualité nous aideront à maintenir notre réputation pour un excellent service client.

**Responsabilités**:

- **Conduite de chariot élévateur**: Conduire les chariots élévateurs en toute sécurité pour transporter des produits vers les zones désignées, charger/décharger des camions et effectuer d'autres tâches de manutention.
- **Préparation de commandes**: Préparer les commandes avec précision en respectant les spécifications, en veillant au nombre correct d'articles et à leur préparation pour l'expédition.
- **Gestion des stocks**: Participer au comptage des stocks, à l'organisation des étagères et à la rotation des produits pour optimiser l'espace d'entreposage.
- **Contrôle qualité**: Inspecter les produits pour détecter les dommages, signaler les écarts et garantir que seuls des articles de qualité sont emballés et expédiés.
- **Chargement et déchargement**: Charger et décharger les expéditions en veillant à ce que les produits soient correctement emballés et entreposés.
- **Conformité aux normes de sécurité**: Respecter toutes les consignes et protocoles de sécurité pour maintenir un environnement de travail sûr. Signaler immédiatement tout danger ou problème.
