Lionheart Property Management Inc. focuses on residential and commercial leasing and management of single-family dwellings, small to highrise apartment complexes, and condominium corporation management.

As a successful Condominium Property Manager, you must be able to interact and communicate honestly, effectively and respectfully with Property Owners, Boards of Directors and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise and communicate and enforce the Condominium Act. The Property Manager will be responsible to manage multiple condominiums throughout the London and surrounding area.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Educational Requirements**:

- CMRAO General License required
- RCM designation an asset
- Business degree an asset
- Willing to further develop your skills through ongoing education

**Prior Related Experience**:
Minimum three years progressive experience in the Condominium Property Management industry

**Skills**:

- Self starter, motivated, results driven
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of unit servicing and background in maintenance of buildings an asset
- Assist in a financial capability including budgeting and overall financial management
- Able to demonstrate computer literacy using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Apple products, social media platforms and knowledge of Property management software and technology
- A vehicle is required
- The ability to work outside of regular business hours and provide on-call support when needed.

You’ll be supported to attend industry seminars and events and to participate in other initiatives, which will encourage a broadening of knowledge and networks.
