**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate cost estimates.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other tools for precise calculations.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining cost breakdowns for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, project management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in construction estimating techniques.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Experience with project management software.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction processes.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and contractors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $58,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
