**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- **Margin Improvement**: Focus on enhancing profit margins through effective pricing strategies and cost management.
- **Key Account Management**: Overseeing and managing select accounts and working with customer buying groups.
- **Forecasting/Budgeting**: Oversee accurate sales forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
- **Geographical Growth**: Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand Madero’s footprint across Canada.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
- **Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- **Strategic Planning**: Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- **Customer Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- **Operations**: Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the highest level of consistency and customer service.
- **Reporting**: Work with the CFO and Finance division to develop and finesse reporting on an ass needed basic.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving profit margins.
- Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team development abilities.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as required to support geographical expansion efforts.
