Sweat and Tonic (S&T) is Toronto’s innovative wellness and lifestyle hub. In our historic 3-storey facility, you’ll find the widest collection of world-class boutique fitness and wellness in one state-of-the-art experience. Expert instructors design and lead up to 180 classes weekly. Premium café, spa and bar offerings recharge, recover and reignite. Creative lounge spaces support our social community and inspire collaboration and innovation.

Passionate about health and wellness? The **S&T Sweat Equity volunteer exchange program** provides a unique opportunity for you to share your positive energy with the community and benefit from fitness & wellness at S&T in exchange for volunteer time.

**Earn class credits**:The Sweat Equity Program is key to creating an exceptional fitness experience for our Sweat Fam. Join our Front of House team and earn 1.5 S&T class credits for every 3 hours of volunteer time (1 hour = 0.5 credit). Become a superstar team member to earn bonus rewards

**Experience the best of boutique fitness**:Enjoy all of your favourite HIIT, Yoga and Ride classes, as well as infrared sauna and Somadome meditation sessions. You can even share your credits with friends and family One class = one credit

**Connect with your Sweat Fam**:Find connection in a one-of-a-kind community as you develop professional skills, grow stronger, and have fun You will get to know every team member, instructors and meet new people with a passion for fitness and wellness.

Sweat Equity duties include, but are not limited to:

- Warmly welcoming every guest
- Checking in guests to class
- Assisting with basic guest service inquiries
- Helping new guests get comfortable and find their way around by providing a 1-on-1 tour to every first-time guest
- Maintaining the studio space by performing routine and miscellaneous tasks
- Ensure classes start on time and are uninterrupted by assisting instructors at the door and guests into class on time
- Tag team with “Back of House” behind the scenes to clear and reset the studio space
- Answer guest inquiries to the best of your knowledge; ensure all enquiries receive a follow up
- Work alongside your team members to create an uplifting experience for everyone
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as required

**Program Requirements**
- 3-month minimum commitment
- Recommended 3 hours per shift, with 2 shifts per week preferred

**Qualifications and Experience**
- A passion for group fitness
- A love for Sweat and Tonic
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
