**What is the role?**
- Manage and oversee electrical distribution projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or timeline.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure that design specifications and requirements are met.
- Work closely with procurement teams to ensure that materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time.
- Ensure that all safety and quality standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Manage and mentor project team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

**Why You??**

You have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the electrical field services and power systems industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- PMP certification is preferred.

**Salary**: $48,666.75-$95,865.77 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
