**Position Summary**:
As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate to develop budgets, schedules, and financial tracking methods and procedures. You will be at the heart of Beanfield’s daily operations to assist departments in managing forecasts and budgets for various projects and update them on the progress of ongoing projects. We are looking for passionate and technically proficient people who will be part of Beanfield's OSP department and will report to the Project Manager of OSP.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading small technical teams to ensure focus around implementations.
- Developing detailed project plans, scheduling/estimating completion dates, and providing updated status reports. Organizing resources to ensure all requirements are in place to complete projects from conception to completion. Prepare project schedules and timelines.
- Overseeing migration projects from start to finish which includes site audits, splicing, hardware installation, and customer migrations.
- Providing project quotes and preparing budgets where required.
- Track budgets and provide reports
- Assigning individual tasks and leading the teams through the project.
- Work closely with functional leads to build a culture of cooperation, team philosophy, and focus on the delivery of excellence.
- Encourage all teams to communicate effectively and develop a culture of participation and involvement.
- Administrative reporting and internal system updates:

- Create new projects on our project software program
- Creates Account numbers in SAP and assigns budget amounts
- Creates reports in SAP to determine current spending
- Upon completion of project update JIRA
- All other duties as assigned.

**What we are looking for**:

- High school diploma and/ relevant post-secondary degree or diploma relevant
- Experience in construction/telecom environment
- 2-4 years’ experience in project coordination
- Experience working with Project Management Software such as Jira.
- Pursuing or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified is an asset.
- Experience with SAP is an asset
- Highly organized and able to multitask.
- **Must have a valid Ontario’s Driver’s License.**
