**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
- **Resource Allocation**:
- Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**:
- Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the operations team.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth and development.
- Promote safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
- Identify opportunities for additional services or future projects and collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on flooring or underlayment installations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
