The Client Administration function is a vital part of the firm's Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high quality products, and encouraging an environment that increases both the staff and client experience.

KPMG is looking for an Team Administrative Assistant/Engagement Processor who can provide support on a range of activities to ensure a high-quality product.

**What you will do
- Working independently and within a team environment to support the client service staff to produce high quality client deliverables.
- Produce required correspondence, such as engagement, management, independence, transmittal and any other letters required.
- Review for quality, proofread and verify content before finalizing and other documentation.
- Collation, Efile and/or paper-file US tax returns.
- Scan documents and upload to server and KPMG proprietary software
- Create PDF files and save on the server and maintain digital storage of reports and/or letters.
- Participate in training to stay current with KPMG specific technical software.

At times, business needs arise and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

**What you bring to the role
- Combination of education/experience in data processing.
- Strong Word Processing Skills.
- Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading and suggesting alternatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated team building skills.
- Strong time-management abilities and self-motivation.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Willingly takes on and learns new skills.
- Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Acrobat and Outlook.
