We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist at K2 Petroleum. As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads for our fuel card services through various channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying potential customers and initiating meaningful connections.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Qualify leads**:Engage with potential customers to gather necessary information, assess their needs, and determine their interest and suitability as potential clients.

**Database management**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and relevant information using our CRM system, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with detailed and qualified leads, ensuring smooth handover for further sales engagement.

**Continuous learning**:Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and effective lead generation strategies to optimize your performance and contribute to the growth of the team.

**Requirements**:
**Strong communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in one of the South Asian languages, such as Hindi or Punjabi, would be of great asset, enabling you to connect with a wider range of potential clients.

**Proactive and self-motivated**: A proactive approach to lead generation, with the ability to work independently, set goals, and prioritize tasks to achieve desired outcomes.

**Attention to detail**:Strong attention to detail to accurately record lead information and ensure data integrity in the CRM system.

**Positive attitude and persistence**:A positive and resilient mindset, coupled with the determination to overcome challenges and persistently pursue lead generation goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.45 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 4V9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
