**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Requirements Gathering and Analysis**:

- Assist in gathering and analyzing detailed business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to understand business processes and objectives.
- Contribute to the documentation of business requirements using standard templates.
- Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business value and feasibility.

**Process Improvement**:

- Support the evaluation and alignment of existing processes with TM Forum standard processes.
- Assist in documenting new processes specific to Operations, aligned with the ServiceNow Order Management module.
- Contribute to process mapping and analysis to identify areas for optimization.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flows.

**Solution Design and Implementation**:

- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Contribute to the development of user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies.
- Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions to refine user stories.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications industry concepts is a plus.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.

**Working Conditions**:

- This is a full-time co-op position located at 65 Kelfield St, Toronto, ON M9W 5A3.
- The position requires two days of in-person attendance per week, with the possibility of additional in-person days based on project needs.
