Responsibilities:

- Greet members and guests and assist them with making tee times
- Operate online booking system, POS, and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized shop
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information
- Assist with organizing golf events
- Work with other Pro Shop staff
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience at another golf course is very beneficial
- Skills in cashiering, customer service, or retail sales is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Work Location: In person
