Systems. As a vital member of the Strategic Business Development (SBD) team, you'll play a key role in crafting top-notch responses to formal RFx. Collaborating closely with cross-functional bid teams, you'll be responsible for meticulously editing resource submissions, and conducting Peer Quality Assurance (PQA) and Final Quality Assurance (FQA) reviews.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with cross-functional bid teams to ensure the highest possible win probability and compliancy ratio.
- Perform detailed editing in Peer QA (PQA) &/or Final QA (FQA) reviews on résumés and documents written by the Proposal Team.
- Ensure all proposal responses meet or exceed the quality assurance (QA) guidelines.
- Plan, manage, and execute detailed QAs following the standardized process using SBD tools.
- Provide technical mentorship to SBD teams including delivering & participating in training sessions.
- Proactively supporting the organization by increasing RFx awareness, training cross-functional team members, and other ad hoc requests.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as Technical Writing, History, Languages and/or English and asset
- 1 year of proposal experience with preference for QA experience
- Keen attention to details, proven organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume of work and tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
**Salary**: $64,000 + quarterly variable pay
