We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our team.

Job Summary: The Junior Buyer will be responsible for supporting the procurement activities of the company, ensuring that all products are purchased at the best possible price and quality. This role involves working closely with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with various departments to meet the company’s purchasing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
- Keep itemized purchasing libraries up to date for all product groups.
- Responsible for two product groups.
- Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels and sales demands.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers.
- Support the buying team in various purchasing activities and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding procurement.

Qualifications:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
