**Main Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment by complying with all safety guidelines
- Perform field quality control testing (material sampling, compaction & coring) for cold recycling projects
- Conduct laboratory and field tests in compliance with prevailing standards and procedures for cold recycling projects
- Ensure that measuring equipment is calibrated
- Participate in activities related to improvement of the quality system
- Enter field data as required to support Quality Control Superintendent
- Travel to sites within Ontario; either using personal vehicle or carpooling with construction crew
- Other duties as required

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Background in construction and field sampling/testing materials is an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
- G2/G License required with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 25 kilograms
- Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions
- Willingness to work days, nights and weekend shifts as assigned
- Willingness to work for extended periods of time away from home, where housing will be provided
