**Summary**:
Th Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing in process and final inspection of Printed Circuit Board assemblies as per IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards, recording the results, and assisting assembly personnel as required.

**Job Duties**:

- Perform in process inspections.
- Perform final inspection prior to shipment of product in accordance with written procedures and/or customer documentation.
- Inspect complex PCB assemblies utilizing visual and mechanical methods
- Inspect complex cable/harness assemblies utilizing visual and mechanical methods
- Inspect and validate solder quality, polarities, values, and placements of various components on assembled printed circuit boards in accordance with IPC-A-610
- Work with supervision to define appropriate inspection and acceptance criteria.
- Perform other QA and related activities as assigned.
- Assist other members of QC team when required.
- Limited assembly as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-5 yrs previous experience
- Ability to use microscope for quality inspection for extended periods
- Working knowledge of inspection standards
- Ability to use x-ray machine
- Certified to IPC-A- 610 and/or J-STD-001, understanding of soldering defects and how to identify non-conforming material
- Perform WIP and Final Inspection functions on all material being shipped
- Demonstrate ability with the use of hand tools and gauges
- Read and interpret drawings
- Computer skills required
- Shall be accountable for quality and quantity of inspection efforts
- Assist co-workers as needed
- Familiarity with Electro-Static Discharge precautions
- Other duties may be assigned
- Experience with PCB production processing
- Follow the shop floor control system to move and track orders
- Experience in metal and plastics specifications as per customer requirements
- Out of box audits from Mag Mara
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be well organized, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency without compromising
- Knowledge of ISO9001

**Working Conditions**:

- Uses Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer.
- Overtime as required.
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required.

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
